We usually process your order within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.
Delivery time depends on your country:
- Germany: 2–3 working days (Express 1–2)
- France: 2–3 working days, also to a pickup point (Express 1–2)
- Austria, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland: 3–5 working days, to a pickup point 3–4 (Express 2–3)
- Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: 5–7 working days (Express 2–3)
- Canada, UAE: 5–8 working days (Express 2–3)
- Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia: 7–10 working days (Express 3–5) – shipping is currently suspended due to flight disruptions.
- Australia, New Zealand: 10–14 working days (Express 5–7)
- USA: 4–5 working days
