Can I change the products of an order I have already placed?
Once an order has been placed, we're unable to change products. We're happy to check whether your order can still be cancelled.
How can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order? Our Customer Care Team will be happy to check straight away whether a cancellation is still possible.
Can I change the shipping address of an order I have already placed?
As long as your order hasn't been prepared for shipping yet, we can update your delivery address within the same country.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and, depending on your country, local payment methods such as iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, EPS or TWINT.
Can I get a price adjustment after placing my order?
Promotional prices apply only for the period listed, and the price at the time of your order applies. Discounts can't be added to existing orders or purchases made after a promotion has ended.
Can you declare my international order at a lower value or as a gift?
No. As required by law, all orders show their full value on the customs form. Any taxes or duties charged by your local customs office are the customer's responsibility.
How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes can be applied during the order process. Enter your code into the “Discount code” bar and hit “Apply”. You are browsing with your smartphone? You may need to open the order summary to be able to enter your discount code.
Can I use multiple discount codes simultaneously?
Our discount codes cannot be combined. That means that only one discount code can be applied per order.
Why is my discount code not valid?
The code may not be valid for the items in your cart, so please check the voucher terms and expiration date. If it still doesn't work, our Customer Care Team is happy to help.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
No customs duties apply within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply – except for the USA.
