I can't log into my ZOEVA customer account.Updated 7 months ago
If you are not able to access your customer account, this can be due to the following reasons:
• You are browsing in the wrong store.
• The password you have entered is incorrect.
• You are trying to log in with a different email address.
• The account was not registered successfully.
First ensure that the correct country is selected before attempting to log into your account. At the bottom of the page you can see in which shop you are currently browsing.
To request a new password, please select “Forgot your password?” and an email will be sent to you immediately. To receive this email, it is required that an account was previously created with the specified email address.
