We usually process orders within 1–2 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.
Does ZOEVA offer express shipping or other shipping options?
Alongside standard shipping, we offer paid express shipping in many countries, and delivery to a pickup point in some countries.
Where can I find information about my shipment?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link and tracking ID. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
What can I do if I haven't received a shipping confirmation?
We usually process orders within 1–2 working days. You'll then receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.
What happens if my parcel could not be delivered?
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier's tracking information will be updated with the next steps. If you have further questions, our Customer Care Team is happy to help.
What can I do if my parcel shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
Your parcel is most likely with a neighbor, the front desk or in the mailroom, so please check there first. If you still can't find it, our Customer Care Team is happy to help.
What happens if my parcel is returned to the sender?
If a parcel can't be delivered or isn't collected from the post office in time, it is automatically returned to us. Our Customer Care Team will contact you as soon as it arrives back with us.
What can I do if my parcel is overdue?
Delivery times are listed in working days, and non-EU shipments may be delayed by customs. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, our Customer Care Team is happy to help.
Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point or a Packstation?
In Germany you can have your order delivered to a Packstation, and in many other countries to a pickup point.
